Following the death of my sister, this painting is my way of putting down on canvas what’s impossible to put in to words. The real weighty presence of an absence that’s solid. Too bright to look at directly, but always at the periphery of your vision, casting it’s light on life that somehow continues in it’s altered everyday way.
